Format

Each week, six celebrities and their dogs were given an obedience task and an agility task, and trained throughout the week. At week's end, they performed these tasks before the other celebrities and expert judges. Home viewers could vote for their favourite pair via text message, with proceeds going to the RSPCA. A planned 'Grand Final Best in Show Spectacular' would have had the pairs perform before a live audience, with the most popular non-eliminated couple winning 'Best in Series'. Bootsie scored a perfect score from all three judges, but no such event occurred. After only three episodes, Network Ten placed the show on 'hiatus'; trailers indicated it was 'returning soon', but it never returned.
