Leithanien
Discrimination against non-Arts users and the Infected is prevalent, with the Infected historically used as test subjects.[1] Caprinae and Elafians, recognized as skilled Arts users, form the majority of the population, while a small number of Lupos reside in the southeast.[1] The country is well-known for its classicism, scholarly work on Originium Arts, and broad application of Arts-based technologies, especially the combination of music with Arts.[1] The country's origins go back to the creation of the magical Güldenesgesatz, which brought together the aristocrats of the Kreise.[1]
The capital of Leithanien is Zwillingstürme, and its type of government is a confederate elective monarchy.[4] Leithanien's currency is the Leithanian ducat, with the subunit thaler.[4]
