Eliminations

During the competition, several contestants were told they would have been eliminated based on their performance had they not been protected by immunity or team status. Jessica was informed that she would have gone home if she had not been on the winning group. Janelle and Oscar each received similar warnings, with the judges stating they would have been eliminated had they not won immunity from prior challenges. In one challenge, Oscar won the right to return to the competition, and the judges decided it was unfair to eliminate another dancer after bringing him back, so no one else was sent home that week. Jessica and other eliminated dancers were brought back for a chance to re-enter, but Jessica withdrew due to an inner ear infection, causing Miguel to perform as a solo. Michelle's win was noted as the first performance to a Fergie song.

Episodes

The series began with the dancers arriving in Los Angeles and unknowingly starting the competition by dancing in a nightclub. Based on that performance, they were split into a winning group and a losing group, both performing to the Spice Girls song "Spice Up Your Life." One member of the winning group earned immunity for the next week, while one member of the losing group was eliminated. Notable events included Jessica running off stage during the winning group's performance, Adriana's elimination, and Nicole leaving due to injury.

In the second episode, the dancers performed the French Apache, with Jessica redeeming herself and Janelle saved only by immunity. Michael was voted the weakest link of the losing team but survived. The third episode focused on hip-hop techniques; guest judge Dave Scott selected three crew leaders, and after face-offs, Red Everest won while Breakin Blues and BT Slam were elimination groups. Jessica was eliminated in that episode.

Reception

The series premiere was Bravo's highest-rated in the 10 PM time slot, drawing 826,000 viewers, of whom 574,000 were aged 18 to 49. The show averaged 756,000 weekly viewers, with 522,000 in the key demographic, and contributed to Bravo's highest-rated April ever. Despite its ratings performance, no second season was announced, and the show's page was removed from Bravo's website. The series was officially canceled on April 14.
