Music video

The music video was shot on January 12, 2011, in Santa Monica and downtown Los Angeles, California. It shows Adam Levine and Russian model Anne Vyalitsyna (then his girlfriend) in three bed settings: on a Santa Monica beach pier, on Broadway in Los Angeles, and in an upper floor of the Hilton Hotel. The band performs in a glass truck from Aardvark Event Logistics, driving down a highway during the day and on a busy downtown street at night as onlookers take photos. The video premiered on Just Jared on February 4, 2011, and the next day on VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown, later hitting number seven on the Yahoo! Video chart published by Billboard. Chris Ryan of MTV described it as a gorgeously shot, sunny video for a slightly melancholy but catchy song, with band sections compared to a sort of concert to-go.
