Ra's al Ghul

The head of the League of Shadows and a member of the Light.

Ra's al Ghul is a DC Comics supervillain created by Julius Schwartz, Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams who first appeared in Batman #232 (June 1971). He is the immortal founder of the League of Assassins and has prolonged his life for centuries with the Lazarus Pits.

In Young Justice, Ra's al Ghul is voiced by Oded Fehr. He is a member of the Light and leader of the League of Shadows, an enemy of Batman, and his daughter Talia is his second-in-command. In the third season the Team and the Outsiders meet him on Infinity Island, where he tells them he no longer belongs to the Light or leads the League of Shadows, though he secretly stays in contact with Vandal Savage. The amnesiac Jason Todd is revealed to be working for him.
