Project Blockbuster
Cadmus's program to turn ordinary people into hulking brutes.
Project Blockbuster was a Cadmus program to make ordinary people stronger. It produced a blue serum, made from genetic research and strange blue ice crystals, that vastly increases muscle mass and grows a thick hide under the skin, so the original skin and face slough off.
Background
When Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash freed Superboy from Cadmus, Mark Desmond drank the formula to stop them and became the first Blockbuster, then was beaten when he brought the building down on himself. The Light later gave the formula to Kobra, who mixed it with the drug Venom to make Kobra-Venom, three times stronger than Venom and permanent; Mammoth was injected with it.
