Welcome to the Wayne

Welcome to the Wayne is an animated TV series created by Billy Lopez. It first aired on Nickelodeon on July 24, 2017. The show began as a web series on Nick.com, released from November 14 to December 26, 2014. It earned two Daytime Emmy Award nominations: one in 2018 for Outstanding Writing in an Animated Program and another in 2019 for Outstanding Children's Animated Program. The series concluded on Nicktoons on May 31, 2019.

The story follows Ansi Molina, a new resident of the Wayne, a high-rise apartment building full of bizarre occurrences called "Wayne Phenomena." Unlike most people, Ansi can witness these phenomena without mental harm. He becomes friends with siblings Olly and Saraline Timbers, and together they explore the building's secrets, protect the outside world, and deal with a spy organization trying to exploit the supernatural elements for their own purposes.

Main characters include Ansi Molina (voiced by Alanna Ubach), a bookish newcomer who has moved frequently and struggles with social experience; Olly Timbers (voiced by Billy Lopez), Ansi's optimistic and sometimes silly best friend who wields a grappling hook; and Saraline Timbers (voiced by Dana Steingold), Olly's younger, serious, and gadget-savvy sister who often leads the team. Supporting characters include Leif Bornwell III (voiced by David Hornsby), a wealthy, self-centered resident who later joins the team; Wendell William Wasserman (voiced by Dana Snyder), a vampire hunter who can control spoons telepathically; Dennis O'Bannon (voiced by Emo Philips), a former bully who becomes a friend; Goodness (voiced by Charnele Crick), a library ninja; Katherine Alice (voiced by Kimiko Glenn), a mute girl who brings origami to life; and various adults like Ansi's father Albert Molina (voiced by Alfred Molina), Olly and Saraline's parents Harvey and Olympia Timbers (voiced by Richard Kind and Annie Potts), and the doorman George (voiced by Dave Willis). Antagonists include Yelena Bishop (voiced by Veronica Taylor), a spy from the Calliope organization; her associate Masterson (voiced by Marc Thompson); Flowershirt (voiced by Robbie Sublett); and Jonah Bishop (voiced by Carey Means), a professor revealed to be Yelena's husband. Other residents include Julia Wiles (voiced by Nikki M. James), Ansi's crush, and librarian Clara Rhone (voiced by Harriett D. Foy).
