Moment of the Primal Hunter
Jake's last-ditch survival skill that slows time to escape a fatal blow.
A last-ditch survival skill, Moment of the Primal Hunter uses the concept of time to give Jake a chance to escape what should be a fatal blow. It evolved from a rare-rarity skill choice, Bestial Survival Instincts, which was forcefully upgraded twice and then transformed through its synergy with his bloodline. When a blow would otherwise deal substantial damage to the hunter, the skill momentarily slows down time. During that slowdown the hunter is unaffected and can still move uninhibited. Both the effect and the internal cooldown of the skill are based on Perception.
