The Victory Tour

The victors' visit to every district.

The Victory Tour is a visit by the winners of the Hunger Games to each district, held between Games. Before Katniss and Peeta's tour, President Snow orders them to keep up their love story to convince the districts that their berry threat was romance, not defiance. The tour's first stop is District 11, Rue's home, where Peeta pledges part of his winnings to the families of Rue and Thresh. Their speeches only add to the unrest.
