Jorgen Von Strangle is the most powerful fairy in Fairy World in The Fairly OddParents and the supreme commander of all fairies, the one who enforces Da Rules. He also guards the imprisoned Anti-Fairies. Daran Norris voices him in the original series, in Fairly Odder and in A New Wish.

Background

Jorgen is the only fairy with jet wings, because he thinks wings are too girly, and he often turns up in disguise, as an animal or even a potted cactus. He was a drill instructor at the Fairy Academy who trained Cosmo, and Cosmo's mishaps got him demoted from a five-star to a one-star general. He bullies his assistant Binky and loves to humiliate Wanda and scare Cosmo, though they are among his closest friends. His girlfriend, the Tooth Fairy, later becomes his wife. He is mostly an anti-hero, but an evil version of him is the villain of the episode Action Packed.
