The Womb
Where Isaac goes after defeating his mother in The Binding of Isaac.
In The Binding of Isaac (2011), the player fights Isaac's mother on the sixth of the game's eight floors; once she is beaten, Isaac crawls into her womb. The floors after that are much harder and build up to a fight against his mother's heart on the eighth floor.
