Apollyon

A playable character added to The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth by the Afterbirth+ expansion.

Apollyon is a playable character in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. He arrived with Afterbirth+, the second expansion for Rebirth, which Nicalis announced in December 2015 and released for Windows on January 3, 2017 and for PlayStation 4 on September 19, 2017. Besides Apollyon, that expansion brought new monsters, bosses and items, a bestiary that counts how many of each creature and boss the player has beaten, and support for user-made mods.
