Series one (2005)

The first series premiered on Tuesday, 14 March 2005, featuring 13 young women, including a pair of identical twins, competing for a contract with Select Model Management and a trip to the Maldives for a Glamour magazine shoot. Judges were Rachel Hunter, Tandy Anderson, and fashion photographer Perou. Viewers voted among the final three—Kate Ellery, Alice Sinclair, and Joanna Downes—during a live catwalk show presented by Tess Daly and Dave Berry. Alice Sinclair won.

Series two (2006)

The second series premiered on Sunday, 15 October 2006, with a format change that included male models. Twelve contestants competed for a contract with Select Model Management and a spread in either Glamour (for women) or GQ Magazine (for men). The three returning judges were joined by Dylan Jones, editor-in-chief of British GQ. Each week one male and one female contestant were eliminated, based on public votes except for the first elimination. The bottom four (two men, two women) faced a live 'Walk Off', and the two with the lowest public vote totals were eliminated. In the first week, the judges decided which two models were weakest and sent them home without a Walk Off. The final show aired on Thursday 16 November 2006, with four models: Albert, Jen, Luke, and Marianne. After the first Walk Off, Marianne was eliminated; after the second, Jen was eliminated, leaving Luke and Albert. Albert was announced the winner, with Luke as runner-up. Live catwalk shows were presented by Fearne Cotton on Fridays.
