Overview
The Valley was officially unveiled by Bravo on January 17, 2024, at the season 11 premiere party for Vanderpump Rules, with Lisa Vanderpump executive producing through 32 Flavors Entertainment, Haymaker East, and Evolution Media. It marks the fourth spin-off of Vanderpump Rules, and the eighth episode of that show’s 11th season served as a crossover preview. Principal photography for the debut season ran from July to September 16, 2023, with cameras resuming in March 2024 after Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s separation became public. The full first-season cast and a teaser dropped on January 17, 2024, followed by an extended look on February 27 and a March 19, 2024, premiere date. The season aired on Bravo from March 19 through June 4, 2024, featuring original cast members Brittany Cartwright, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Danny Booko, Nia Booko, Janet Caperna, Jason Caperna, and Jesse and Michelle Lally, with Jasmine Goode and Zack Wickham in recurring roles and Tom Schwartz appearing as a guest. Bravo renewed the series for a second season in May 2024, bringing back the entire first-season cast. A teaser trailer arrived on Instagram in February 2025, and the second season ran from April 15 to August 12, 2025. Goode and Wickham were promoted to full-time status, while Melissa Carelli, Aaron Nosler, and Benji Quach joined as recurring cast members, and Scheana Shay, Brock Davies, Lala Kent, and Tom Schwartz made guest appearances. The reunion was taped on May 2, 2025. In July 2025, Jax Taylor announced he would not return for the third season, citing a focus on sobriety, mental health, and coparenting. At BravoCon on November 14, 2025, it was revealed that Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz would join the cast full-time. The third season, premiering April 1, 2026, and concluding August 19, 2026, featured most returning cast members except Taylor and Nosler, with Kent and Schwartz now in the main lineup and Lacy Nicole appearing in a friend capacity. The reunion was taped on June 18, 2026. In mid-July 2026, filming resumed after Taylor was photographed with his and Cartwright’s publicist, Lori Krebs; Cartwright subsequently dropped Krebs as her publicist following the photos’ release.
