Last updated

Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain is an American animated series that blends characters from Tiny Toon Adventures and Pinky and the Brain, both of which Tom Ruegger created. Steven Spielberg served as executive producer, with Warner Bros. Television Animation and Amblin Entertainment producing.

The show ran for 13 episodes on Kids' WB from 1998 to 1999. This show would be Spielberg's final collaborative effort with Warner Bros. Animation until the 2020 revival of Animaniacs.

Premise

After ACME Labs is destroyed and turned into a Dissy Store, Pinky and the Brain become homeless and flee from a man named Wally Faust. They take refuge inside a turtle in a Shanghai pet shop, and are still inside when Elmyra Duff buys the turtle and names it Mr. Shellbutt. In their new home, they continue plotting world domination while enduring and eventually accepting Elmyra's affection.
