A stranded crew discovers an imposter among them.

Last updated

A group of strangers stranded on a spacecraft bound for a distant planet must work together for survival, but one of them is not who they claim to be.[1] Mika Watkins is the creator of the series, which was a co-production involving Left Bank Pictures, Midnight Radio, CiTVC, and Sony Pictures Television.[1][2]

Making and release

The series was created, written, and executive produced by Mika Watkins.[1] The same day, Natalia Tena, Tom Felton, Sen Mitsuji, Nora Arnezeder, Fraser James, Philipp Christopher, Madalyn Horcher, and Siobhán Cullen were cast as series regulars.[3][4] A teaser trailer was released on July 19, 2018, and the first full-length trailer debuted on October 4, 2018.[5] The series premiered on YouTube Premium on November 14, 2018.[6][7]

YouTube ended the series on March 25, 2019.[8][7]

What the cited sources add

A Deadline Hollywood article described the series as a mash-up of Lost, Alien, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers.[9] The series stemmed from a co-development deal between Left Bank Pictures and China International Television Corporation signed in 2015.[3] A YouTube spokesperson confirmed the cancellation but said plans for high-end dramas remained unchanged.[8]
