Rock Puncher
Below Zero's armoured, mantis-shrimp-like brawler that punches up rocks to eat the Rockgrubs on them.
The Rock Puncher is a large, aggressive carnivore in Subnautica: Below Zero. It walks the seafloor on six jointed legs and carries two arms that end in heavy clubs, which it uses to smash rock. The creature was first designed for the original Subnautica, cut from that game, and brought back for Below Zero.

Background
A Rock Puncher taps the ground with its forelimbs to find Rockgrubs, its main prey. When it finds them it hammers the floor until a rock coated in Rockgrubs comes loose, lifts the rock to feed, then throws it away; Robin can break the discarded rock for Titanium, Copper, Silver or Gold. It is slow but follows a diver who comes close and sometimes lunges at them. Its strength and hard shell keep mid-sized predators away, so only leviathan-class animals are a danger to it. Its look is based on the mantis shrimp: a yellow back with red markings, a grey-green belly, four orange eyes above a pair of mandibles and a short, shrimp-like tail.
