Kerrigan's Zergification

Sarah Kerrigan is captured and infested by the Zerg.

After Arcturus Mengsk abandons her on Tarsonis, Sarah Kerrigan is not killed by the Zerg: the second campaign of StarCraft reveals that she was captured and infested so that her psionic traits could be incorporated into the Zerg gene pool. She emerges with far greater psionic powers and physical strength, her DNA completely altered.
