Notable segments
Segments included 'Ask the Professional,' where a celebrity answered five sports and general knowledge questions in 300 seconds; correct answers stopped the clock, while wrong answers deducted 60 seconds. 'Did You Hear That?' featured sport-related sound bites of sports figures saying something humorous or outrageous. 'Gotcha!' showed players caught on tape with hidden cameras during a practical joke or funny situation. 'Weird Web Stories' presented unusual, often non-sports videos from the internet, with the last video paused so co-hosts could guess what happens next. 'Montage of Soundbites' was a montage of sound bites from sports personalities pretending to react to a specific topic. 'The Skinny Lady and The Fat Man' covered tabloid-like entertainment news about the glamorous side of athletes. '3 Cheers/Jeers/Tears' highlighted the good, bad, and embarrassing plays of the day. 'The Best of ESPN' showed the best and funniest moments from different shows of ESPN International.
Fan Involvement
Fans expressed opinions and interacted with co-hosts through online forums, poll questions, YouTube, tweets, SMS, and as part of a live audience in the studio. Fan-related segments included 'What would you do?', where fans said what they would do if in the shoes of a famous player or coach; 'Pulse of the Nation Top 5 tweets of the day'; and 'Who knows more?', where a camera asked people in public areas questions about current sports news and other topics, showing the most outrageously incorrect answers. Fans also submitted pictures displaying their crazy passion about sports and teams, and funny videos showing some sport ability or trick.
Celebrity guest appearances
Each night, a high-profile athlete, actor, singer, comedian, or Latino public figure was interviewed and involved in the different segments of the show. Interview questions focused on the interviewee's passion for sports, comical stories about their careers, and stories of the day in sports. Each segment ended with some sort of competition between the co-host(s) and the guest, ranging from foosball competitions to basketball shootouts. The show used touch screen monitors, virtual graphics, and web walls, making it one of the most interactive and dynamic shows in television, something totally unprecedented in Hispanic television.
