PSR J0348+0432 is a pulsar and white dwarf binary in Taurus, discovered in 2007 with the Green Bank Telescope. In 2013 its neutron star was measured at slightly over two solar masses, confirming that such heavy neutron stars exist.
The pair orbit each other every 2 hours 27 minutes, which let astronomers measure the orbit shrinking as the system emits gravitational waves.
