Plot

Senior high school student Sung Hae-sung dies after being hit by a car on his birthday, shortly after discovering a bully's dead body at school. Twelve years later, he awakens on his school roof, still a 19-year-old, while everyone he knew has aged. He reunites with his former girlfriend Jung Jung-won, now 31, and begins investigating the truth behind his death and resurrection. Hae-sung learns that after his death he was falsely accused of killing the bully, causing his family and friends to suffer. Believing his return has a purpose, he works to set things right, helping his siblings and his best friend. However, his second chance is temporary, meant only to resolve the past. As he exposes the truth and secures justice, his presence fades. In a final farewell, Hae-sung shares heartfelt moments with his loved ones, including Jung-won, accepting that they belong in different worlds. He disappears peacefully, leaving behind healing and closure.
