Bloodletting is an Uncommon Skill card for the Ironclad in Slay the Spire. Playing it costs 3 HP and gives 2 Energy; the upgraded version gives 3 Energy. As an Uncommon card it shows up in combat rewards less often than Commons.
Background
Patches changed it over time: an early weekly patch lowered the HP cost from 4 to 3, and Patch V2.2 raised its Energy gain from 1 to 2 (2 to 3 upgraded).
