Vampires(?)
An Act 2 event where hooded figures offer to make you one of them.
Vampires(?) is an event that only appears in Act 2 of Slay the Spire. On a dark street the player meets hooded figures in the middle of a ritual, and a fanged stranger invites them to join. Accepting removes every Strike from the deck and adds five Bite cards in exchange for 30% of maximum HP.
Background
If the player carries the Blood Vial relic they can give it up instead of the HP, and refusing the offer leaves everything as it was. The stranger's greeting changes depending on which character you are playing.
