Rams–Seahawks rivalry
NFC West rivals since 2002, close to even, with a 2025 NFC title game on the way to Super Bowl LX.
The Rams–Seahawks rivalry is the NFL rivalry between the Los Angeles Rams and the Seattle Seahawks. The teams first met in 1976, when Seattle spent its expansion season in the NFC West, but met only now and then after the Seahawks moved to the AFC West; the 2002 realignment brought Seattle back and made the series a twice-a-year affair. Seattle leads 30–28, and the Rams have won two of their three playoff meetings.

Background
Seattle dominated from the late 2000s into the early 2010s, including a 10-game winning streak, before both clubs became regular contenders in the late 2010s and the gap narrowed. The rivalry sharpened after the Rams moved back to Los Angeles in 2016, and each side won a Super Bowl between 2013 and 2021. It peaked in 2025, when the two were widely seen as the league's best teams: they split the regular season, and Seattle then beat the Rams in the NFC Championship Game on the way to winning Super Bowl LX.
