Background
The 2002 realignment put Seattle back in the NFC West, so the teams now play twice a year. The Seahawks dominated from the late 2000s into the early 2010s, including a 10-game winning streak, but since the Rams' 2016 return to Los Angeles both clubs have been regular playoff teams and the series has tightened. The cities are about 1,100 miles apart on Interstate 5.
