Manase Jesse Sapolu (born March 10, 1961) is a Samoan former professional American football player who played center and offensive guard for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire NFL career.

Sapolu is one of six 49ers to own four Super Bowl championship rings (1984, 1988, 1989, and 1994). He earned Pro Bowl honors in 1993 and 1994.

Sapolu attended Farrington High School and the University of Hawaii. He was selected by the Oakland Invaders in the 17th round of the 1983 USFL draft and by the 49ers in the 11th round of the 1983 NFL draft. He signed with the 49ers on July 10, 1983.
