Luc Gilbert Cyrille Nilis (born 25 May 1967) is a Belgian professional football manager and former player who is the striker coach of Patro Eisden.

Nilis spent most of his career in Belgium and the Netherlands with PSV. His playing days ended in the 2000–01 season after breaking his leg in a match with Aston Villa following a clash with Ipswich Town goalkeeper Richard Wright. He played for Winterslag, Anderlecht, PSV, and Aston Villa. As a youth, he was regarded as Winterslag's greatest talent and transferred to Anderlecht at age 18 under Raymond Goethals' influence.
At Anderlecht, he won several national prizes. At PSV, he topped the Dutch scoring charts in 1995–96 (21 goals) and 1996–97 (21 goals), winning the league title in 1996–97. He formed a deadly partnership with Ruud van Nistelrooy, scoring 55 league goals together in 1998–99 and 48 in 1999–2000. After six years at PSV, he joined Aston Villa on a Bosman transfer in June 2000, scoring on his debut in the UEFA Intertoto Cup and on his league debut.
His career ended after a leg fracture on 9 September 2000. He played 56 times for Belgium, scoring 10 goals, and played in the 1994 and 1998 World Cups. After playing, he became technical director at Beringen-Heusden-Zolder in 2005, then worked for PSV as a scout and striker coach. He later became assistant manager at Kasımpaşa and Gençlerbirliği.
In April 2015, he was re-hired by PSV as striker coach. In August 2021, he became head coach of Belisia Bilzen. In 2023, he was appointed striker coach of Patro Eisden.
