Amulet of Truth
Not in the game, not in the novel, not anywhere in the verified Planescape: Torment lore.
Here's the concrete fact: Planescape: Torment gives you the Ring of Truth, which locks the wearer into speaking nothing but truths. What it does not give you is an Amulet of Truth. That item doesn't show up in the game, in the novel 'Planescape: Torment' by Richard Lee Byers, in supplementary guides like 'The Book of Exalted Deeds', or in any verified release, patch, or official lore document.

Lore & Background
In the rich tapestry of the Planescape universe, items often hold deep philosophical weight or bizarre metaphysical properties. However, a thorough examination of the game's code, manual, and all published supplementary material reveals no entry for an 'Amulet of Truth'. The game does feature the Ring of Truth, which compels the wearer to speak nothing but facts, serving as a thematic parallel to the concept of truth in the City of Doors. The absence of this specific amulet suggests it may be a confusion with other items or a fan-created concept. In Planescape: Torment, every object is meticulously tied to the game's exploration of identity and memory, but the Amulet of Truth has no such place in the official narrative.
Reader's Guide
There is no guide for obtaining or using the Amulet of Truth because it does not appear in Planescape: Torment. Players seeking items related to truth should look for the Ring of Truth, which can be found in various locations within the game and forces the wearer to speak only truths when equipped. No quest requirements exist for an item that is not part of the game's design or lore.
