Kronos's Scythe is the weapon of Kronos, king of the Titans: a scythe with a six-foot-long magical blade that can harm both gods and mortals. Kronos used it to dismember his father Ouranos. Throughout the ages, it has served as a symbol of the Titans' ambition to overthrow Olympus, representing an ancient power that even the gods dread.

Lore & Background
The weapon's history in modern times is tragic and brief. Luke Castellan's sword Backbiter, a gift from Kronos, was later reforged as Kronos's scythe, which Kronos wielded after possessing Luke's body. During the final battle, Percy knocks the scythe into Hestia's hearth, and Hestia destroys it.
