Japanese singer and rapper in Aespa.
Giselle is a Japanese singer and rapper based in South Korea, known as a member of the girl group Aespa. She debuted with the group in November 2020 under SM Entertainment.

Early life
Giselle was born in Seoul to a South Korean mother and Japanese father, and grew up in Tokyo. She attended Tokyo International School and later International School of the Sacred Heart, where she was introduced to K-pop. After graduating, she returned to Korea and passed SM Entertainment's Saturday auditions on her fourth attempt, adopting the stage name Giselle from a senior at the company.
Career
SM Entertainment revealed Giselle as Aespa's third member on November 6, 2020, and the group debuted with "Black Mamba" on November 17. In December 2021 she participated in the SM Town song "Zoo". In June 2024 she featured on BOL4's single "Lips", and in November 2024 she featured on Haon's single "Skrr".
Other ventures
In March 2024 Giselle became a brand ambassador for Loewe, attending the Fall 2024 Ready-to-Wear Collection in Paris. In September 2024 she was named muse of cosmetics brand Either&. In February 2025 she was selected as global ambassador for SENKA, with promotional content released in multiple Asian countries. In April 2025 she appeared as muse for Maison Kitsuné's SS25 collection pictorial with Eyes Magazine, and in September 2025 she became muse for Wacky Willy's 25FW campaign. In June 2022 she donated 10 million South Korean won to the animal welfare non-profit Yuhengsa.
