Lore & Background
The Celestial Dragons who reside in Mary Geoise are the descendants of nineteen of the twenty founding families of the World Government, with the Nefertari family being the exception. They live luxurious lives and abuse their power, wearing enclosed helmets with supplied oxygen so as not to breathe the same air as commoners. The Holy Land of Marijoa is also the jurisdiction of the Holy Knights of God. Every four years, the royals of nations that are members of the Government assemble in Pangaea Castle to host the Reverie. The Five Elders, the official highest authorities of the World Government, gather at the Hall of Power within Pangaea Castle to meet with those granted an audience.
