Tang Chih-chun, a Taiwanese recurve archer born on 16 March 2001, first made his mark at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, where he teamed up with Luo Wei-min and Wei Chun-heng to take gold in the men's team event. That same year, he competed at the Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, but did not win a medal.
