Making and release
On July 26, 2016, Apple Music and CBS Television Studios announced a licensing agreement for the series.[2][3] The series was initially planned to have a single host for every episode.[2] The series originally consisted of 16 episodes.[3] After a delay from April 2017, the premiere date was set for August 8, 2017.[4]
The second season debuted on October 12, 2018, on the Apple TV app.[1][5] The series was produced by CBS Television Studios and Fulwell 73.[2][3] A January 9, 2017, report indicated that the series would feature a rotating host for each episode rather than a single permanent host.[2][6] Critical response to the debut season was mixed to negative.[7]
