Rebel Heart first appeared on South Korea’s Circle Digital Chart at number ten for the week of January 12–18, 2025, then moved up to number four the next week before eventually claiming the top spot. It also dominated all real-time charts in the country and became Ive’s fifth track to achieve a perfect all-kill. In Japan, the song landed at number 44 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for the week of January 22, 2025, and entered the Oricon Combined Singles Chart at number 50 on January 27, 2025, rising to number 44 the following week. In Singapore, it debuted at number 22 on the RIAS Official Singapore Chart for January 17–23, 2025, and at number 21 on the RIAS Official Singapore Regional Chart for January 10–16, 2025, climbing to number eight the next week. It also charted at number 22 on the Billboard Singapore Songs list for February 1, 2025. In Hong Kong, the song reached number 12 on the Billboard Hong Kong Songs chart for February 1, 2025, and in Taiwan it debuted at number seven on the Billboard Taiwan Songs chart for the same date.
