Impact

"Love Scenario" became a huge hit with young children, especially those in kindergarten and elementary school, because its melodies and lyrics were simple to follow. In response, some elementary schools banned students from singing it in class, citing inappropriate content and what they described as addictive behavior toward the tune. The song appeared on Korean television programs such as Running Man, Infinite Challenge, and the third season of Squid Game. In March 2019, it was turned into an exclusive Fortnite emote, available only by buying a Galaxy S10 series smartphone through a partnership between Epic Games and Samsung Mobile, and it remained obtainable until the end of that year.

Music video

The music video for "Love Scenario" used a motion control camera, with nostalgic backdrops and props and smoothly connected scenes. Korean outlets said this technique made the video more "fun." It features the seven members dancing in sync, while love stories play in the background to match the lyrics. A top-to-bottom shot highlights iKon's star-shaped dance, which Billboard called the video's standout moment. The video hit 500 million YouTube views on May 24, 2021.
