Magneto's mutant-supremacist adversaries of the X-Men.
The Brotherhood of Mutants, first called the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, is a group of mutants in Marvel Comics and one of the X-Men's chief adversaries. Most versions are founded and led by Magneto as a supervillain team or mutant-supremacy group that uses extreme methods against human prejudice.

Unlike the X-Men, who believe humans and mutants can live together in peace, the Brotherhood generally sees humanity as an inferior species that will never accept mutants. Frequent members include Mystique, Toad, Blob, Pyro, Mastermind, Avalanche, Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch.
