City of Liverpool Football Club is an English fan-owned association football club formed in 2015. It is currently a member of the Liverpool Premier League, the eleventh level of the English football league system.

The club was formed in 2015 after a meeting proposed in October 2014 by Paul Manning. The club chose purple as its colour due to its reputation as the civic colour of Liverpool. The club's first manager was Simon Burton, appointed in March 2016. The club won the North West Counties Football League Premier Division in the 2018–19 season. In the 2023–24 season, the club reached the playoff final of the Northern Premier League West Division but were defeated 2-0 by Prescot Cables.
