Jockey

A small rider that steals control and drives survivors into danger.

The Jockey is a zombie-like creature from the video game Left 4 Dead 2. It is one of the Special Infected, known for its unique method of attack: hijacking a Survivor’s movement to lead them into peril. Unlike brute force predators, this creature relies on agility and psychological disruption to compromise team dynamics. Standing significantly shorter than an average human with disproportionately long arms, the Jockey crouches in a perpetual state of readiness. It is one of the most memorable threats in the series due to its ability to turn a Survivor into a liability for their own teammates.
