Savannah news producer turned Left 4 Dead 2 survivor.
Rochelle, nicknamed Ro, is one of the four playable Survivors in Left 4 Dead 2, alongside Coach, Ellis and Nick. Before the outbreak she worked as an associate producer at a television news station, and she was sent to Savannah, Georgia, where the Dead Center campaign opens, to cover the breaking story of the Infection. She is voiced by Rochelle Aytes, and her face is modelled on Shanola Hampton.

Lore & Background
Within the group Rochelle plays the level-headed big sister. Coach treats her warmly and calls her his little sister; she looks after Ellis like a younger brother and stands up for him in The Passing when Nick teases him about Zoey; and she is the one Survivor who neither bothers nor is bothered by Nick. Her dry sense of humor surfaces in her remarks about the Midnight Riders and Jimmy Gibbs Jr. Her pink T-shirt carries an image of the band Depeche Mode.

Like every Survivor, Rochelle has no unique abilities: all four share the same health, weapon and item rules, so she plays identically to Coach, Ellis and Nick. She appears in every Left 4 Dead 2 campaign, from Dead Center in Savannah to The Parish in New Orleans, and in the crossover campaign The Passing.
