The Wuxi Finger Hold is the technique Po uses at the end of Kung Fu Panda (2008) to defeat Tai Lung. He had taught it to himself.

In Kung Fu Panda 3 Po plans to get close enough to Kai to use the hold and send him back to the Spirit Realm, but it does not work on a spirit warrior. To save the others he finally performs it on himself while holding on to Kai, which sends both of them to the Spirit Realm.
