Lore & Background
Wealthy supporters and selected world leaders are implanted with protective microchips, while those who object, among them Crown Princess Tilde of Sweden, are locked in Valentine's bunker. Kingsman traces a chip's signal to Valentine after an implant in Professor James Arnold's neck explodes. Valentine activates the signal in a hate group's church in Kentucky, where Harry Hart is the only survivor before Valentine shoots him. The agency's own leader, Arthur, turns out to carry an implant scar and to be on Valentine's side. Roxy destroys one of Valentine's satellites, but he secures a replacement and launches the signal. As chaos spreads, Merlin triggers a failsafe that blows up the implanted chips, and Eggsy kills Valentine with one of Gazelle's prosthetic blades, which ends the signal.
