The Round Table Legacy

Modern knights uphold chivalry in a dangerous world.

Kingsman agents work under codenames taken from the King Arthur legend. The King's Man traces the custom to the founding of the agency: Orlando Oxford, Shola, Polly, King George V, Archie Reid and the US Ambassador to the UK form the original Kingsman, and each receives a codename from the legend in honour of Orlando's son Conrad.

Quick Facts

Affiliation: Kingsman Agency

Lore & Background

Conrad himself had given Archie Reid the nickname Lancelot as a message to his father when the two swapped places. Among the founders, Archie Reid is Lancelot, Shola is Merlin and the US Ambassador is Bedivere. In the later films Chester King is Arthur, Harry Hart and then Eggsy Unwin are Galahad, James Spencer and then Roxy Morton are Lancelot, and Hamish Mycroft is Merlin.
