Plot

Toppei Tachibana, a strange teen, talked his way into a job at Mushi Production by convincing its president, Osamu Tezuka. Tezuka soon learned Toppei is both a vampire—able to shift from human into various animals—and a werewolf. Toppei had come to Tokyo hunting for his father, Professor Tachibana. After Toppei killed Tezuka’s old friend Professor Atami by accident, the wicked teen Rokuro Makube blackmailed Tezuka into using Toppei for his own schemes. Meanwhile, Toppei’s vampire kin plotted a revolt against humanity, and Rock joined them to seize control. To save the world, Toppei, Tezuka, and Toppei’s younger brother Chippei had to unite against the vampires.
