Characters

Blooter is a blue tall anthropomorphic dog with dark blue polka-dots, long ears, a short tail, a red nose, and black bead eyes. He typically wears no clothes except a yellow helmet with a white stripe when riding his scooter, a red collar, and a yellow backpack. Blooter is smart, friendly, and fun, and he loves to ride his scooter that runs on "Blooter power." He is the leader of the Poppets and the only one who comes up with ideas to solve problems. He is best friends with Patty and Bobby. Blooter enjoys rapping and singing on a microphone, and his spy codename is "Poppet-Scoot." His catchphrases include "Poppets Away!," "Scoot-toot!," "Popporific!," and "My brain just popped a great idea!" Patty is a bright yellow short anthropomorphic cat girl with two ears, a long tail, two black whiskers, large round black eyes with prominent eyelashes, and a little red nose. She wears a bright pink dress with light-colored flowers and a blue bandana around her neck. Patty is sweet, loving, kind, smart, and friendly. She rides a bright pink helicopter called the "Patter-Patter" and carries a green laptop she calls her "Patty-puter" for information. She is the only Poppet who knows everything and is best friends with Blooter and Bobby. Her favorite instrument is the drums, and her spy codename is "Cookie-Finder." She plans parties at the end of every episode. Bobby is an orange anthropomorphic bear with round ears, a black nose, and bead eyes. He wears a yellow shirt with pink polka-dots (his "lucky shirt") and a blue beret. He is friendly and helpful, and he rides a bright yellow mobile van called the "clubhouse" that runs on solar power. He hangs a camera around his neck for taking pictures. Bobby is the only Poppet who helps with equipment and is best friends with Blooter and Patty. His favorite instrument is the guitar, and his spy codename is "Nail-Hammer." Alli is voiced by Martin Roach in English and Masanori Machida in Japanese.
