Haven City councilman and the secondary antagonist of Jak 3.

Veger, formerly Count Veger, is the secondary antagonist of Jak 3 and also appears in Daxter. As his title suggests, he is a senior councilman on the Grand Council of Haven City. Unlike the game's main villain, Cyber Errol, he is less a villain than a personal enemy of Jak, acting on what he believes is best for Haven City.
