Plot

Bomberman is having a quiet day at the beach when an invitation to Bomberman Land arrives, and he decides to go. Once there, he sees that Cool Black, Cute Pink, Giant Gold, Kid Blue, and Bookworm Green have all been invited too. The Director greets them, explains the park and its events, and wishes everyone well. Suddenly, the Champion appears on a big screen, revealing he has seized control of the park and taken the Director captive. To stop the park from falling into chaos, Bomberman must compete in events, collect pieces, and defeat the Champion.

Gameplay

Over forty attractions are available across different Zones in the park. Before playing them, attractions can be accessed in Training, where they are divided into five difficulty levels. There is no limit on retrying Training sessions if the player fails. Training points are awarded based on the difficulty beaten, and completing all five levels earns an item. In the actual Zone, the player receives a set number of tokens to play attractions. Attractions are of three types: Single Player, Two Player, and Four Player. Single Player attractions cost one token, while multiplayer attractions may cost up to the total tokens given. Zone Pieces are awarded based on Bomberman's ranking in events and against opponents in multiplayer attractions; higher rankings yield more pieces and a higher overall rank. If a rank lower than A is achieved, the player may replay the event for another token, risking a lower overall rank. The game also includes the classic Bomberman Battle mode multiplayer, which is more customizable than in past iterations, with multiple player options and selectable rules.
