What the cited sources add

The article "The Fall and Rise of Manisha Koirala" notes that she came to Bombay in 1991 and that her debut film Saudagar did not do much for her.[7] The same source states that apart from 1942: A Love Story, Mani Ratnam's Bombay (1995) is the film she is remembered for.[7] It also says she is neither ashamed of the choices she made nor guilty of errors in her judgment.[7] Unlike many performers from her generation, Manisha is willing to openly discuss the errors she has made.[7]
