Gasper Vladi

Gasper is a cross-dressing dhampir, a half-vampire boy who serves as a bishop on Rias's team in High School DxD. His Sacred Gear freezes time for anything in his line of sight, but because he cannot control it he is sealed in a remote room of the school and lives as a shut-in. The son of a Vampire Lord and a human woman, he was mocked by vampires, including his own clan, and hides rather than make friends. After the club rescues him from Cattleya Leviathan he starts going to school, sometimes under a paper bag or inside a cardboard box, and drinking Issei's blood helps him control his power. In Volume 12, when Georg mocks Issei's death, Gasper releases a darkness that devours everything and defeats Georg. In Volume 16 he returns to his birthplace, finds his childhood friend Valerie broken by Marius Tepes, and kills Marius, revealing that he carries a fragment of the god Balor.
