The A.B.C. Murders
Poirot, Hastings and Japp hunt a serial killer who signs himself A.B.C.
The A.B.C. Murders is a detective novel by Agatha Christie in which Hercule Poirot, Arthur Hastings and Chief Inspector Japp face a series of killings by a murderer known only as "A.B.C.". It was published by the Collins Crime Club in the UK on 6 January 1936 and by Dodd, Mead and Company in the US the following month. Unusually, it combines first-person and third-person narrative, the third-person sections supposedly reconstructed by the narrator, Hastings.
