Ky Kiske's Lightning
The lightning of the Fuuraiken, the Order's holy sword.
Ky Kiske's lightning comes from the Fuuraiken, one of the holiest treasures of the Sacred Order of Holy Knights and a weapon that lets its wielder manipulate lightning. Ky received it when he was named chief of the Order at 16.

Lore & Background
Ky was orphaned at 10 during the Holy War, the hundred-year war between mankind and the bio-organic weapons called Gears. He met the Order's commander Kliff Undersn, who told him to come back after five years of training, and he did.
When Undersn retired, Ky took command of the Order and led it to victory, ending the war, after which the Order was disbanded. Five years later he joined the International Police Force as its captain.
